These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through our website. By placing an order, you agree to follow our policies regarding payments, shipping, cancellations, and complaints.

2.Orders & Payments

All orders must be placed through our website. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase through our securely via Razorpay  payment gateway. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD). Orders will only be processed after successful payment confirmation.

3.Products & Pricing

We strive to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. However, slight variations in color, design, or size may occur due to photography or screen display differences. Prices may change without prior notice, but the rate charged will be as per the time of your order.

4.Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 3 days of confirmation. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 working days after dispatch. A tracking ID will be shared once the order is shipped. Delays may occur due to courier issues, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays

5.Damaged, Defective, or Missing Products

If you receive a defective, incorrect, or missing product, an unboxing video is mandatory for claims.

The video must clearly show the package from the beginning until fully opened without cuts or edits.

Complaints without a proper video will not be entertained.

If a damaged product is received, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

 6. No Cancellation, Refunds, or Returns

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned. Please review your order details carefully before completing the purchase.

7.Intellectual Property 

All content on this website, including images, text, designs, and logos, is the property of blingbuy.in  Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

8.Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
