3. Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an SMS confirmation.

A tracking ID will be shared once your order has been shipped so that you can monitor your parcel.

7. Damaged or Missing Products

If a damaged, defective, or missing product is received, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. An unboxing video from start to finish (without cuts or edits) is mandatory for any claim. Complaints without a valid video will not be entertained.
